Upcoming Washington hunt
« on: January 08, 2018, 06:29:00 PM »
Hey all,

I posted this in the Washington state page but didn't hear back so I'm re-posting it here. Any help is much appreciated!

Hi guys,

I've been away for a bit working on my shooting form after purchasing Joel Turner's online course and spending some priceless time with Tom Clum Sr of RMS Gear. Tom really helped me a lot, can't thank him enough. The deer will hopefully feel differently later this year!

I will be hunting in Washington this year, GMU: 505 Mossyrock, specifically. As an out of state hunter who's never hunted Washington before, I have a few questions.

Have any of you gone for deer in this unit? Were you successful? Do you think it's a good unit for a newbie?

I am having difficulty navigating the WDFW website. Any references on a streamlined site with all the necessary info?

Any other information you think would be helpful is much appreciated.

Thanks!

I’ve hunted the unit next to it 520 Winston. Shoot me a pm with your number and I’ll get you on the right track
