I guess I worded my original post incorrectly, sorry. I moved out the plunger first thing, too weak. I then stiffened the plunger, again too weak. At this point I put on the 125 grain point. Still too weak. I cut off the shaft and the result is what you see in the picture.
BTW I ended up needing to cut another 1/4" off the shaft to make it fly right. My bareshaft now hits dead on with perfect alignment at 40 yards. Thanks for the help everyone!
