spined arrows for #42 @28"

hi all can any of you guys recomend what spined alum arrow for a #42 @ 28" thank you
'' sometimes i wake up Grumpy;
other times i let her sleep"

Depends on the bow, cut to center, recurve or longbow, dacron or no stretch string.  If your bow is a recurve with a dacron string, you could try a 1916 and play with the point weight and/or arrow length.
