AWU's Shooting Form
« on: July 09, 2007, 02:28:00 PM »
Hey Guys this is the first time I had a good picture taken of me while at full draw.

Is there something I should do different with my form or is it ok.

Adam, question #1, are you hitting what you are aiming at? If not, do your shots go any particular place in general?

It's hard to tell from a static picture from just one angle(video is always much better because you can see the whole shot in real-time).

From just the pic you posted, I'd say it looks good: Some people find they shoot better with a slightly less than locked elbow, yours looks locked completely (could just be the pic); your drawing elbow looks just a bit high...nothing too severe on either, but you may want to try some variations to see if even minor variations may bring about some improvements.
