Well, I'll chime in. I don't help Brent make them anymore, but I will say that the Sheepeater is a very forgiving hunting bow in such a short package, and one that you will have no problems, whatsoever, mastering. I too am a longbow and selfbow shooter, and I can shoot my Sheepeater nearly as well as any bow I own, and I own a bunch! It's a great bow for blinds or stillhunting, and inexperienced shooters will get all the forgiving qualities they need, in a short package. There is no short bow, IMO, that comes close to this one...it's destined to become a real classic bow. Don't take my word for it. My hunting buddy's son, Riley, killed his first bull elk with his this year. He's 14 years old! Last year he took his first buck with this bow, also.
