longbow- string hand finger placement

I am 6mos new to trad arch.. I shoot one above and two under. Just wondering where on the inside of my nuckles should I place the string to produce most accurate release. Any and all experienced advice greately appreciated.

What ever feels good to you. I shoot with the string in the first bend but not too far back, if this makes since to you.

Thanks Big Dave, I just wanted to make sure I wasn't developing a bad habbit. I pretty much shoot the way you do and find it to be pretty comfortable.
