Just wondering - bow arm & anchor point?

I've played around with various anchor points and I've noticed my bow arm goes automatically up/down if I raise/lower my anchor point.

Is that to be expected? Anybody else have this same result?

I never move my anchor yet my bow arm still goes up and down   :D
