Well guys, I think I made a breakthrough recently in my shooting form. I have really been working on developing proper back tension- concentrating on drawing with a feeling of the elbow pulling vs. arm pulling, then getting a tight into the face anchor, then as I am locked in I start the shot sequence. As I am burning a hole and noticing my gap I am increasing my back tension(a perceived feeling of drawing the elbow back) and when the string touches my brow- bang off goes the shot! Its like having a clicker and ensures I am drawing through the release. It has really helped me with prematurely firing an arrow and cause me to pause and get a solid sight picture. I am also concentrating on relaxing both the drawing arm and the bow arm and am finding a lot less movement upon release. I'll post a form vid and see what you guys think. Paul
