deep hook

i just finished watching mbb 1 and they all shoot with a deep hook but non of them shared why or tghe benifits. i have always shoot off the pads of my fingers even when i use to shoot the wheelies with a fingers now i dont have any plans on changing at this point sinc eim happy with the results so far but i was wondering if there are major advantages to this tech. or if it spersonal prefffrence.   :archer:

Holding the weight on the pads of the finger creates tension in the habd and causes more finger paradoz introduced during the shot. The deep hook allows less tension in the hand. There are modifications to the deep hook but he principle is all the same.

Bowmaster12, if you are willing to give an honest try I think you'll like it. Definitely a much cleaner release.
