bow arm

Having a problem with keeping my bow arm solid through the shot. anyone have suggetions or tips on how to keep my bow arm from moving?

Sure, rotate the elbow, scoop the bow arm downward before raising the bow to keep the shoulder down, keep the bow arm scapula forward, and tighten the bow arm tricepts. If you do it right, you should feel a mild stretch from the wrist all the way up the bottom of the arm. Remember that there must be a balance between forward tension toward the target and the rearward tension from the draw side.
