Arm drop with lite bow?
« on: November 12, 2010, 02:15:00 PM »
Pulled out my old solid glass Bear bow to take some shots. Kept shooting low and relized I was dropping my arm. Don't do that with my recurve and it weights more than the glass bow. Had to consentrate not to drop my arm but never think much of it with the recurve. Why is this?

Best guess is you're not used to it, so you're trying to see where it's shooting before it's time to look.  Concentrate on watching the arrow into the target before you let your arm move.
Don't meddle in the affairs of dragons; people are crunchy and taste good with ketchup.
