flinching

i videoed myself yesterday and noticed that when i release i flinch,nothing moves,my head,bow arm,and i come to conclusion on my release but i blink right when i release,now when i shoot my hunting bow that has more poundage i dont do it.i was blankbaling and noticed this on my new ilf target bow.....any suggestions

Try to make a conscious effort to keep both eyes open and hold your breath when you release the string.

Also remember follow through and don't drop your bow arm until the arrow impacts the target.
