seeking advise from u all about a bow maker?? Allen Felix

G’day Sirs & ladies
I am trying to find some general information on Bill Stewart. I have an extremely well performing bow of his and know little of him. My second query is about Allen Felix. Who is/was he? I have recently acquired what looks to be a very tidy bow @ 63#, Whitetail recurve 1993(still on route). My source of all things archery in the States is miffed to tell anything of him. So I have been forwarded to you all. I am hoping some you may enlighten me.
