I normally draw a little behind my anchor, then settle in forward into my anchor and then i tought i start pulling through my release again, but videos dont lie [knothead]
This is your problem!!! When you draw, you MUST NEVER allow the string side to move forward -- EVER!!! Draw as far as your anchor and an inch or so low of it then move your string hand STRAIGHT up to your anchor references -- NEVER FORWARD!!!
That string elbow can never move forward at any time or you will loose your back tension. Once lost, it CANNOT be regained as you have discovered. Regardless of what you think you feel it will not be there.
Your style for drawing is what is doing it to you. You can't pull back past your anchor and move forward to get it.
There that's said several times but can't be over emphasized.
