wild arrow?
« on: October 09, 2011, 07:47:00 PM »
Thanks to Javi and his simple shooting tips I am now shooting better in the past three days than I have in the two years I have been shooting traditional.
I have alot to learn and today proved it. When I shoot 3-4 fletched arrows I will shoot a matching bare shaft as well. Every now and then the bare shaft will take a hard nose dive to the right. Is this just my poor form showing up every few shots?

Be hard to say without seeing. Where do your bare shafts hit relative to your arrows—notwithstanding the erratic ones?

They hit in the same spot with my fletched ones showing a little weak spine.

Plucking or dragging your bottom finger on release..  is the usual cause.. not the only ones just the usual..
