Traditional shooting school in San Francisco Bay Area?
« on: December 02, 2011, 01:21:00 PM »
Anybody knows of the school in SF Bay Area?
I've been shooting totally and absolutely instinctively - what ever I feel is right :-). Of course I watched youtube and asked few questions, but definitely would benefit from attending shooting school for few months.

I keep my eyes open for them, but haven't heard of a trad class in the SF Bay area.  They are held from time to time in the pacific NW if you don't mind traveling to them. If you're ever in Sacramento, you're welcome to join my trad group for our morning shoot.

Thank you for the offer, Sacramento is bit far, but who knows maybe one of these days I'll come by.

Bowhunters Unlimited is a club that gives classes at the Cupertino range.  Here's their website for info
 http://bhuarchers.org/bow/

I've never taken one of their classes but I know they have some very skilled shooter that hang out at the range.

There are also a couple guys that I frequently see giving classes at the Black Mountain range in San Jose.  I have no idea how to contact them though.
