Good stuff Jimmy....I did a lot of talk about alignment on The Bowhunters of TradGang DVD, and bone on bone contact....the purpose is to get all of your energy going directly toward and away from the target....and your release and bow arm have no where to go.....and that negates wind-age issues.

Anytime you can explain this from a different person....someone will have a light bulb go off as different persons on the same subject offer different insights and angles....and that is a great thing.

I like you used the 'J' term also....been stressing that as well, but you did a great job of showing what NOT to do as well. I show a photo on the Form Clock thread that really shows the 'wrist cock' as a no no.

Some folks claim you can't learn to shoot from an internet forum....we'll if anyone pays any attention here, that claim is false.  Way too many folks have learned to improve here for that claim to be legit.
