I shoot split finger and anchor middle finger(Under arrow) in the corner of my mouth.  Top finger (over arrow) is more of a guide or pointer.  I hold only until I have true focus on my spot.  I've been told I hold long 2 or 3 seconds

I always touch a certain top tooth, right where I have a line from a dental crown.  This gives me an anchor point that doesn't move in relation to my eye.  I'm also working on anchoring my base thumb knuckle behind my ear, and touching my the tip of my nose to my 11 o'clock feather (I shoot cock-feather in).
Life is a whole lot easier when you just plow around the stump.

Mine is thumb knuckle under my ear in the groove of my jaw. This is where I needed to be to get good alingment, once I got aligned, magic began to happen, bow arm was solid, and I had a better release.

Just my opinion but I think that when you develop your anchor you should first get alinged properly, THEN find a repeatable anchor in that position. I started with index finger in corner of the mouth just because that is what people told me to do, if I would have begun from good alingment, it would have saved me years of mediocre shooting.

I place mid finger in corner of mouth, but also make sure I am touching my bicuspor (canine) tooth.  I like to feel my thumb under the ear.  Hand is against the face.

Like Numunu I go with the thumb joint under my ear in the groove of the jaw I just found this works for my best alignment. I found for me using the corner of mouth would change my anchor point using such a soft tissue spot.

Index finger in the corner of my mouth. Index knuckle under cheekbone. I hold as long as it takes to get on target. Usually 1-3 seconds

Index finger in corner of my mouth and thumb under jawbone. I hold for 1 to 3 seconds just when ever my fingers want to release the string. When make myself release the string most of the time it ends up in a bad shot.

Middle finger just passed and below the corner of my mouth, index finger under the cheek bone and my bent thumb knuckle at the back corner of my jaw bone. Holding time - right handed from zero to 1/2 second right handed, left handed from 1/4 second to three seconds.

You guys that anchor on or at a tooth, How do you feel the tooth? I feel my finger hit the corner of my mouth but my lip and pulled mustache let me know. I can't feel my tooth thru the glove. Thanks

You shouldn't have to feel to long for your anchor point.

I rest the back of my thumb on my cheeckbone and hold for a second or two then releas,Split fingers.
