Wow.  I wish my technique looked as good as yours.  I wouldn't change a thing.

I'm curious as to what that group looked like ? only reason I ask is because even though it came through as slow motion, it came through my computer as you were shooting really fast, like as soon as you hit anchor. What happens if you have to hold for a longer period ? Form looks very good but I couldn't tell if you ever got back far enough to engage your back muscles, and that is why I ask about the group.

I can shoot slower and I don't have any problems holding the anchor for 10 or 20 sec. But for me it kind of feels more natural to shoot in one fluid and continuous movement. I have to agree with you though that this is very fast and it bears a great risk of getting sloppy. If I shoot at a target about 15 - 20 yards away I put them into a diameter of 3 to 4 inches.

Sorry I didn't get back sooner, but 3-4" is certainly good enough.
I would still try shooting a little slower, at least for 3-D season which is here and see what happens, after all, if your hunting you only get one shot and might as well make sure.

Looks like you are not getting your elbow around or really engaging your back muscles before you release, especially in the third series of shots.
We are all here because we are not all there.

In my opinion, I think you need to bring your shoulders down, especially in your shooting arm. If you watch your release and follow through (which is way more follow through than you need) you will see that your shoulder ends up high. That means that you are not pulling straight through with your back. The point of your elbow should continue straight around your back level with the arrow. But that's just my opinion, you go with what works for you.

Looks pretty good to me.

Sounds like from your post and video, you shoot similar to me.  I also have no problem holding if the game dictates....or if too long, I just start letting the string down slow and start re-drawing if the animal gives me the window again.

Thanks guys for your feedback. I had a very good shooter watching me lately and he also told me that the elbow of the draw arm is a bit high. So I'll work on that one and see what I can do about it.
