Apache Grip (3 under)
« on: April 27, 2012, 08:45:00 PM »
In the June/July issue of TBM - page 66 The ground game by Jeff Stonehouse. He was discussing his change to 3 under and was calling it Apache Grip, so I think I'll use Apache Grip instead of 3 under, seems to sound better. Dave

I grew up in Southern California and lived several years in New Mexico. I'm sure three under has been called many things in many parts of the country, but in the Western States it is known as an "Apache Draw".

I shoot "Apache Draw". I enjoy it (including the name!). I have a Dalaa recurve, and I understand that "Dalaa" is Apache for "No.1"
