Hey Terry.
No you didnt run me off, just digesting and trying out your remedy via your form clock.
I think it cured my bow arm movement post shot, but I find I have to sort of "scrunch" my head down and kind of lean forward a bit to get my sight picture where I want it (where it was prior to lowering my bow wrist).
When I first started shooting traditional I was very hunched up, not expanded, and it cost me an inch of draw length.
Since educating myself some my upper body has gotten more and more erect, my head has gotten more erect (although still kinda canted and scrunched down), im fully expanding and hence using back tension, and my consistency has gotten better. But, this I think has caused my wrist to come up as well.
My question is, how concerned should I be in keeping my upper body and head "up"? Im still new enough to where im not set in my ways and would rather get it at least close to right before breeding to many bad habits.
Shooting tonight I felt very comfortable once I figured out how to get my sight picture with the lower bow wrist. But, I am leaning forward slightly and scrunching my head down more than I was in those videos. Accuracy was about right with where ive been the last couple weeks.
As long as my power points and shoulders are aligned, should I not worry so much about "standing up straight" and keeping my head up?
Thanks, the tips on this site have no doubt shaved months off the learning curve for me.
