Thought I'd share a mildly humourous story.
Our 5th wedding anniversary was last week. According to the etiquette gods, that is designated as a "wood" anniversary.
Both of us were confounded as to what kind of present to get the other. I quickly gave up in exasperation due to a total lack of inspiration on my part, and decided to take my wife out for dinner instead.
This evening, she handed me an envelope with a card and a wooden clothespin hand-written with "happy 5th anniversary". My immediate response, aside from laughter, was to thank her for the thoughtful gift and also to enquire how she knew that I needed a draw length indicator.
The clothespin now sits in my tackle box with all of my other arrow mending tools.
