I now shoot 3 under. I shot split for years and had never heard of three under. Read about it, tried it, shot better instantly. My old Hill bow is tillered for split. My new one I had tillered for three under. I do have my nock point higher on the split bow. It makes sense if you think about it. If you have your bow set up for split and you move the finger above the nock to below the nock (3 under) you are now pulling more on the bottom limb. So if you move your nock point up you help compensate for this. The arrow is harder to keep on the shelf using 3 under but once you get used to it that problem seems to go away.
