Ontario Bear Outfitters?
« on: November 21, 2007, 01:35:00 PM »
Does anyone have any recommendations for Bear Outfitters in Ontario?
There would be a combo of guys going with wheel bows, guns and Trad.
I have been twice before (looking for somewhere different)but most have never been before.

with the proper hunting ethics and richer for the experience, that hunter is 20

I can't help you out as far as outfitters are concerned.  I have a sow with triplet cubs on the property that I need taken care of before they come looking for my sheep.

inhunt -- If you can find a good outfitter up there who offers a Real Hunt, rather than just another stupid and pointless commercial baiting operation to milk easy American dollars from typical quick-and-easy American "hunters" ... please let us know!

Mike,  Give Superior Bear Outfitters a try.  Peter Jones is a class act.  He has great sets and plenty of bears.  I went in Aug. with my college age son and his roomate.  We all took great bears, and were able to be selective.

Bruinsclaw Outfitters!  Awesome experience and very affordable.  362# P&Y first trip ever.
I didn't claw my way to the top of the food chain to eat vegetables!
