Whitehawk,

Hard to really tell from static pictures.  In the first picture, you aren't at full draw so your alignments aren't complete yet.  Also, in that picture, you are shooting at a bale on the floor so your bow arm to spine angle is not at 90 degrees.  When you are starting out it is important to keep that 90* angle so try (if you can) to get the bale up to shoulder level.  Either that or draw so you have the 90* angle and then bend from the waist to come on target.

In the second picture, your alignment looks much better.  I would suggest that your bow hand is too far to the left and that you are holding the entire weight of the bow on your thumb.  There is a thread here on this forum called "grip question" where I posted pictures of a suggested grip. If you haven't seen that  you might want to take a look.

You are also showing a fair amount of tension in your string hand -- see the knuckles sticking out?

I know you are just starting out and overall not too bad but, some work to do.  Video will help more so we can see the entire package.

Have you looked at my videos on Youtube? TheMoebow1   Tension in the  string hand is caused by many things.  String too far out on the pads of the tips of your fingers, drawing with the arm and having tension in your upper and lower arm & wrist.

If you can just hook the string in the first joints of your fingers, then relax everything else, the weight of the bow will straighten your wrist and the back of your hand.  You will also feel that the hook is considerably stronger there than if there is tension in your hand.
