Shooting Moebow method

Mike,

Stick with it.  It'll take a couple MONTHS to really "take!!"  Keep us informed as to how it's going or if you encounter problems.

I would add that what I show and teach is not really the "Moebow method."  I'm not smart enough to develop this on my own.

What it is is really the NTS (National Training System), used to be called the BEST system (Biomechanically Efficient Shooting Technique).  This is what USA Archery teaches and promotes.  All I have done is try to adapt it a little to fit our style of archery.

Once learned, (especially on a light weight bow) It will REALLY help folks increase bow weight with much LESS chance of injury.  It can be VERY hard (impossible?) to learn it with a "heavy" bow.
