My Shooting style - video...
« on: June 24, 2014, 01:02:00 AM »
G'day guys,

Well I thought I'd share an old vid of my shooting style as I was asked by a few people on here on how I shoot, my aiming style and the likes.

I'm no Howard Hill but I developed this method after dealing with "it" some time back. I found the pause helped me slow down my shot and I find I tend to hold a little more at anchor now-a-days as this video was taken about 7 years ago now… before all the grey hair anyhows!

Lets see if this works…

After watching it again after all these years I see now how my hand dropped also on the release, something of which I have also sorted.

Oh and sorry for the crappy white balance too…

Cheers,

ak.

Looks pretty good to me. My bow arm usually drops a little after the shot as well.
Plant a fruit or nut tree today, and have good hunting tomorrow.
