Joel Turner

I'd like to give a huge shout out to Joel Turner aka Clickerman who attended the Denton Hill shoot this weekend.  I couldn't help but notice the "hours" each day that he spent on the practice range helping folks.  He's a class act through and through and huge asset to the sport of archery!     :clapper:

Agreed. I finally got to meet Joel in person after attending the Friday evening seminar. Great individual and great instructor. I have talked to him on the phone many times and one of his long distance students. Feel like I have know him for years. I heard this guy yell at at me as I was walking the road at Denton Hill around 6:30 AM "Good morning sunshine...do you want to go shoot?". It was Joel...rounding up shooters headed for the Cardiac Ridge course. He is coming back to Denton Hill next year and I will make it a priority to shoot with him.

Wow. I just came back from Denton Hill and was listening to his elk video while checking out this site.

Cool. I didn't know he was there!!

Very good instructor.

I agree whole heartedly Tim.
The years accumulate on old friendships like tree rings, during which time a kind of unspoken care and loyalty accrue between men.

you won't find a nicer guy. He has helped me more than anyone has in 50+ yrs. of shooting, he even drags me around on a hunt every now and then.

I don't think he is very nice at all. He just beat me out of some money at a long elk shoot. I think he is kind of a jerk.

His son Bodie took 3rd place in the night shoot shooting at glow sticks on 3 D targets. He is 7 and was shooting against adults.

Joel is a real good guy. He will help you out anyway he can. He has helped me become a much better shooter and hunter.

Chris.
