iPhone 5 or newer and videoing your form

Guys wanted to let you know the  iphone 5 or newer has slow motion video on it. If you have to someone that clan tape you or set it up properly to tape yourself it is awesome tool to watch your form and problems you may be having. Tried it other day and it's really neat!
