You may want to check out a form master and a string bow, worked for me after taking Rod Jenkin's class.

Check out the 'wolfie' trad videos on YouTube.  They won't cost you a penny, he has excellent form, and he explains his style and process with common sense simplicity...a somewhat rare quality in instructional videos these days.

There is no best as..... in there is no Best Bow or best arrow or best broadhead.... again there is no best ....

find what works for you and your style and your mental make up and go with it.... take what you can and leave the rest on the table from multiple videos
