Just look at your photo/video. Is your bow arm 90 degrees to your spine/torso? If not, fix it. If so, maintain it.
As you draw and anchor, set your bow arm square to your body then maintain it at all costs. Bend at the waist to move the "T" so you are on target.
This is the archer's "T" and is critical to consistent shooting.
IF you are not sure if you are getting the "T", shoot at a bale that is shoulder height. After you shoot, walk to the bale and stand by the arrow(s). IF they are at shoulder height, you have the "T".
