Not sure what your motive is of attacking us like this.  No one is banned over mentioning a compound, or for the ever excuse of simply disagreeing with me,....we simply remove the off topic threads that are the stipulations folks agreed to when they registered.  No too cool to condemn the site over the rules you agreed to.

I have nothing against folks using what ever weapon they want, but this is a Trad Bowhunting site.  Thanks for making us out to be the bad guys.

I have to agree with Terry here. Since this is a trad only site, it is out of line to bring in compounds, etc. Everybody agreed to the terms of Trad Gang, so we are ethically obligated to honor them.

To me, the only legitimate discussion related to compounds on this site are questions shooters have in making the technological ajustment to trad. And even that can become a slippery slope.

I applaud TG's attempts to keep traditional bowhunting in the forefront, it's quite hard to do these days.  Unfortunately, even here it seems that traditional hunting with traditional bows and traditional techniques is beginning to succumb to modern style target shooting as the archery flavor of choice, as it has on other sites.  TG is one of the few that have resisted this change.  For that I raise my glass to it, and to those who continue to support the traditional hunting archer and mindset.

I agree with TSP. I am subscribed on maybe 6 trad forums, but in the last year, I've been visiting mostly just 2,(This one, and one other). On the other sites, some have lost interest in bows meant for hunting, and want to (and ask questions about) taking target bows hunting.

I have to agree also, that's what I like about this site. I can come here just to read about hunting with traditional gear witch is my main goal. Not shooting in the Olympics or wheeled bows, there are other sites for that. Thanks for keeping it that way.
