Grip Sear as psychotrigger?
« on: October 17, 2017, 12:01:00 PM »
So, I use the joel turner system to cure my tp but dont love feather to nose. I shoot split and it works but Im 10x better as a shooter with a static release. I hate pulling through. It seems that by now somebody should be selling a stick on grip sear or some kind. Anybody seen anything like this?  If not, what have you used?

A piece of double sided tape and a thin piece of hard plastic work great. If metal riser, you can polish a sharp edge to use, or if you want to go real far you can drill and tap to make a plastic overhanging washer assembly which is my personal favorite.

Listen to Episide 33 of our podcast, we discuss Sears in depth.

If you shoot with your string hand thumb relaxed and down. The thumb nail hooked under the little finger nail feels pretty natural. Just start applying pressure and when it slips off
it produces a soft but audible click. >>>----> Ken
