Keith, mostly we have the humps made into roast, and yes they are very good!! One thing we tried different last year was haveing the leg shanks cut bone in. Ossobucco (sp) is what it was called. Leg bone with meat around it so you eat teh marrow out of the bone.
I thought it was little different but most people were raving about it. Marrow has a deffinite wang but worth a try.
