A Simple & Delicious Venison Recipe
« on: December 16, 2004, 08:26:00 AM »
Here is a VERY simple, yet excellent way to crock pot a Venison Roast. We rub the roast with garlic and a little salt and pepper. Cook in a crock pot with a full jar of pepperoncinis, complete with peppers and all the juice. When done, remove the peppers and discard. Slice roast and serve with your favorite side dishes. Yummy groans abound! Unbelievable!

Merry Christmas!

That's weird. I guess I stubled apon that one on accident.  I take 2 jars of pepperoncinis and a roast and just throw it all in the crock pot.  Basically itallian beef, only better!
