Deer Poppers

Disclaimer.. This is not my recipe and I don't know who gets the credit for inventing it but it is too good not to pass on.

Take deer cubed steak cut into 2x6 inch strips.(If you do not have cube, use any tender cut and beat the fire out of it with a meat hammer)

Lay out a piece of meat, lay a half slice of cleaned jalapeno pepper on the meat and roll up the pepper in the meat.
Wrap a strip of bacon around the meat and secure with two toothpicks.
Soak in your favorite marinade. I use Dales but you can use what you like.
Throw it on the grill and cook until the bacon is good and brown.
Pop it in your mouth and have a cold beverage handy!

Now that sounds good, I gotta try that. Thanks Frank.
