Ram'n Noodles

Not ramin noodles!   :knothead:

Use a large round steak, trim off all fat.
Slice into 4inch pieces, 1/2 inch thick.
Marinade pieces in stir fry sauce or italian dressing in the refrigerator for 48 hrs.
Remove meat, rinse with water. Lay in the bottom of a crock pot on top of a generous bed of sliced onions, salt pepper and sage to taste. (heavily)
Cook on high for two hours, pour 12 oz of V8 vegetable juice over meat and cook on low for 8 hours.
When meat is tender, thicken gravy with water and cornstarch like you would beef stew. Simmer for two more hours. Serve hot over buttered egg noodles.

The timing for this works out best to put it in the crock pot after supper, and let it cook on low all night. I bring it for the crew's lunch the next day. Never goes to waste!
And there came a voice to him, Rise, Peter; kill, and eat. Acts 10:11-13
