shoot yourself a few squirrels with the old trusty stick or curve. quater them out after skinning them. dip in a fish fry flour mix brown in a iron skillet in shortening or butter then put it in a dish with butter drizzled over the top, cover and roast for 2 hours in 250 degree oven. very very tasty and simple. enjoy
