1) Take venison steak and cut into 1/4 inch strips.
2) Put in a Bowl and soak in saltwater (1 tsp of salt) in refrigerator for 3 days
3) Drain
4) Add Zesty Italian Salad dressing and completely  cover venison strips and put back in refrigerator for 2 more days
5) Drain
6) Drain off Zesty Italian dressing and completely cover with Teriyaki sauce and put back in refrigerator for two more days.
7) Cook on grill

 - Total 7 days marinating time
 - Makes a great sandwich on italian bread
Someday you and I will take the Great Hart by our own skill alone, and with an arrow. And then the Little Gods of the Woods will chuckle and rub their hands and say, "Look, Brothers. An Archer! The Old Times are not altogether gone!"

Another Teriyaki,Take equal parts of :

Soy Sauce and Molasses
powdered ginger and garlic(you'll know when it's too much)
Mix in a bowl and cut venison in thin strips.
stir and knead meat in sauce and let it sit overnight.Slap it on the grill and don't over cook it.This sauce came from Japan and unbelievable with turkey.Wait till you smell it cooking.
