Hash can be made from any already-cooked meat, brisket, roastbeef, ham, etc...  Usually it's cubed meat, onions, and potatoes cooked together in a skillet.  Sometimes beets are added, or diced cabbage as well.  Experiment, and enjoy, it's impossible to mess up.

This is one I call Cowboy Special  brown a pound of pork sausage reserve meat into a bowl then add a couple of cups of diced potatoes and cover when soft remove cover and add a half cup of diced onion along with one green and one red pepper diced plus a cup of corn  when veggies are tender add 6 beaten eggs salt and pepper some cajun spice is also cook stirring often until eggs are done serve with grated chedder and jack cheese
