Wild Game Kielbasa
« on: July 08, 2007, 08:49:00 PM »
Well...
Seeing as to how my family and I have gone through our third kielbasa sausage this week, I was wondering if any of you'ins out there would happen to have a kielbasa recipe for wild game or just the base recipe for polish sausage in general.
Many thanks in advance

...and by the way,
contrary to my "from" designator at the bottom of my topic post, I have been back from Afgahnistan for over a month now and am enjoying my time with my family in Northern New York. We will be moving back to TN at the end of this month.

Shelbyville. That's where I'm from, and... I absolutely can't wait to get back and to finally enjoy a decent hunting season after six years!

What county is Parsons?
