go to stuffers.com they have a 200 page sausage recipe book download in pdf format. If you have trouble contact me at [email protected] and I will send you file download. Has what you are looking for and more. Their goetberg summer sausage is great. Also go to the sausagemaker.com website, they have recipies as well as the holy grail of sausage recipe books used in culinary arts schools.
