I thought the summer sausage I made from the spices from these guys turned out awesome!!

I made the garlic summer. It was fairly easy. I mixed it on a Thursday, stuffed it on Friday and smoked it on Saturday.

I tried the Cabela's brand, and it wasn't bad.   I got a $10 coupon, and the product was $2.98, and it cost $6.50 to ship.  So for free, it was pretty darn good.
