I use a pressure cooker for squirrels and rabbits.Use a little water in the bottom of the cooker(about an inch and a half).Cook until the agitator hisses for about 12-15 minutes. Let cool and remove from cooker. fry in flour until golden brown or crispy, however you like it.has any one else tried a pressure cooker? any other recipies.

Grandma knew what worked, did'nt she?

Pressure cookers are great, they make everthing tender, add barbque sauce and people that don't like wild game will eat it up.
