OK...I don't know how many of you watch LOST, but this turned out great!

Bought a pork shoulder roast (picnic roast).
5 Mangos
2 Fennel bulbs
Some fresh sage
A few garlic cloves
Sea salt and fresh ground pepper
1 can of chicken broth

For the season premier we had a party. I forgot I was going to cook pork for it....oops. I put all ingredients into a large cast iron skillet (covered with foil) at 425 then after 2 hours dropped to 350 and didn't open the oven for 3 hours. It was incredible! The meat was so tender and sweet. If you need a last minute different dish...try it.

I don't watch LOST, however, that recipe sounds like one I will FIND myself making. I does sound great.
