This makes alot, so take that into consideration when you add it all together.

2 stalks of celery diced up
2 (28 oz) cans, or more if you like, Del Monte diced tomatoes
1 can brooks chili beans including liquid
1 can kidney beans...Dark or light, or use both including liquid
1 can great northern beans including liquid
ketchup and Worcestershire sauce to taste
chili powder and cumin to taste
fresh or minced garlic to taste
salt and pepper to taste
olive oil
1 jar of Prego spaghetti sauce optional...Laura likes it, I don't
Brown meat in large pan, when done, add onions, garlic, celery and olive oil and cook till onions are transparent. When cooked, add all the ingredients to a large pot (crock pots are awesome, but usually to small) If you use a crock pot, boil the potatoes first. Let the concoction simmer all day and serve with ample amounts of FRESH bread. Treat yourself to either a fresh baked loaf, or visit the local bakery. This Chili deserves it.
I don't remember where I got this one from, but it is always a hit at our house. When my out-laws hear I'm making it, they misteriously appear, and my kids love it. It's a great way to get veggies in your diet, and not even know it. If you didn't notice, this is a recipe that is not exact. I love more meat, my wife like less, and all the other ingredients are added to what ever looks/tastes good. Experiment with it. You will be pleasantly suprised.
Let me know how you like it.
