Grinder differences

I'm looking at the Cabela's Pro Grinder which says it's 350 watt.  What's the difference between that and a 1hp grinder?

night and day difference in my opinion. I fought the smaller grinder for many years before buying the 1hp cabelas model. My son and I process several deer a year and it is amazing how fast it will grind. Well worth the investment in my opinion.

I have the 400 watt, $100 grinder from Northern tool, it has ground 2 elk, 2 lg hogs, and 30+ deer, the key is to cut meat in small strips, an chill it for easy grinding!

I have the 3/4 hp Cabelas grinder.  It is so much faster than the smaller grinder I had and grinds the meat better.  I don't see the need to buy the 1 hp and get the reverse switch and 1/4 hp for $100.00 more.  The 3/4 hp will grind as fast as you put the meat in.  Another way I use the grinder is to buy pork butts when on sale and grind up for pork burger and make sausage.  Great grinder for the money and they are on sale now.
