I have one of Chris Sparks 3 piece takedowns(52@28 62") & can tell you it is the smoothest shooting longbow I have ever shot & it's pretty to....I usaully pack a recurve on most of my hunts but ever since getting this bow it's about all I shoot....I'd say once people start to figure out how nice a bow Chris builds that there will be a long waiting list in the near future for one.....He's a super nice guy & real good to deal with....

I  have been hunting with mine for the past couple of years. I absolutely love it. The bow is smooth and quiet. As you have already read, Chris is top notch.

I will have another this spring. I am not sure you will find a better built custom bow for the money. I would strongly recommend that you call Chris or e-mail him @Lewishollowarchery.com

Never owned one which for me is unusual as I have had lots of them, but did shoot a couple. Very nice bows, quick and quiet and I loved the medium to high wrist grip. I was shooting his recurve, I am sure the LBs are very much the same and ya can get any grip ya want. It was kinda in between on both bows I shot. I will own one someday!! The craftmanship was top notch as well1 Shawn
