hog hunting near Dallas/Ft Worth?

Looking for places to hunt free ranging hogs relatively near Dallas/Ft Worth in early April. Turkeys would be a bonus if in season.

Granger is good. You will need a Type II permit.

Lots of day/pay leases around here which is your best bet if you really want to kill a hog. It can be tuff getting a shot at Granger. You can hear them, smell them and see the bushes moving where they are at but never actually see one.
Time is a great teacher, but unfortunately it kills all its pupils.

I don't have a problem with pay for access.  I just don't want a high fence situation.
