Burntwood Lake Lodge.  It is a fly in only. The lodge and hunting is nice enough to bring the whole family.  They have thousands of acres and plenty of bait. Our family is 100% bow harvest. My wife and two young kids went this year along with my 82 year old uncle.  He killed his bear this year with a bow.

unless you object to hunting over hounds i would recommend hunting black bear in b.c. canada with doug mc mann of skinner creek hunts.no baiting allowed.reasonably priced and if you can't get a clean shot in the tree at a nice bear you can opt out for another. any and all of you know one of his clients from trad gang.....tred barta.tred and crew were hunting with doug mc mann and tred harvested a dandy black bear last spring from his wheel chair. doug has first class accomidations and is a kick to hunt with. contact doug at.... i would give doug mc mann of skinner creek hunts in tatlayoko lake b.c. canada a try. first class accomidations and world class trophy animals.no baiting so hounds are his prefered method. i like this over spot and stock because you have better odds of taking a select bear vs. having a split second to decide on a shot. reasonably priced...references for skinner creek would include trad gangs own... tred barta and the versus crew. tred harvested his spring bear over dougs hounds from his wheel chair.disabilities are not a burden to doug. just another day at the outdoor office....class act...
